The Tranquility Wellness Membership Plan offers an accessible, holistic approach to nurturing your oral and overall health. This plan empowers you to prioritize your well-being, ensuring you receive the care you deserve whenever you need it. We offer two options: the Wellness Plan and the Periodontal Wellness Plan to suit your specific dental needs.

Annual Membership Fee

Wellness  Plan: $449

 Includes:

• Two Periodic Exams per year

• Two Routine Cleanings per year (not including SRP or periodontal maintenance )

• One Emergency Exam per year

• Check-up X-Rays (4 bitewings  and either 1 full mouth series or 1 panoramic)

• 15% discount on all other dental procedures*
